Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom apps. You will shape roadmaps, enforce data standards, security, and scalable integrations while engaging with engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.

The role requires 12+ years of ServiceNow experience, architecture leadership, and deep module expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture/leadership roles.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Define platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom domains.
• Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and governance for changes.
• Drive CMDB strategy, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Design security models, roles, and ACLs at scale.
• Mentor developers and engineers on best practices.
• Coordinate platform upgrades and release planning.
