Job summary

You will shape integration strategies, implement Now Assist features, and advance AI-assisted development with secure, scalable solutions for federal clients. Strong leadership and expert scripting are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert-level JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Proven track record with AI coding assistants to improve velocity and quality.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and automation for ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development of custom ServiceNow applications and complex workflows.
• Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, and other components; establish team standards.
• Champion AI tools and LLM usage to ensure high-quality code and innovation.
• Pioneer AI-assisted development for ServiceNow scripts and integration payloads.
• Architect and configure Now Assist features and Predictive Intelligence models.
• Lead external AI/ML API integrations via Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define prompt engineering strategies within ServiceNow for secure AI responses.
• Guide AI-enhanced ITSM capabilities like auto-classification and intelligent routing.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers; conduct code reviews.
• Design automated testing strategies using ServiceNow ATF.
• Serve as escalation point for complex platform/integration issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical strategy and platform roadmap.
• Stay ahead of ServiceNow releases and AI landscape changes.
