Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant focused on AI capabilities to own end-to-end AI-enabled solutions on the Now Platform. You will mentor developers, lead AI enablement across product suites, and guide complex agentic workflows with clients and internal teams.

Lead hands-on development, ensure secure governance, and drive adoption of AI across ITSM and other suites while maintaining high standards for data privacy, auditability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the ServiceNow domain with production AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on coding with JavaScript; solid Glide API knowledge.
