Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to deliver advanced engineering, configuration, and integration support for the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will design complex workflows, build integrations, and manage upgrades to keep the environment stable and compliant for mission‑critical services.

You will collaborate with product owners and process leads, applying scripting and automation to improve operations in a federal IT

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of ServiceNow experience with multi‑module instances.
Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow apps and building integrations via APIs/web services.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills across teams.
Experience planning upgrades with testing and rollback.
Current secret security clearance.
Willingness to travel 10–25% as needed.

Responsibilities

Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps and related apps.
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
Plan platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with regression testing and rollback planning.
Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models for performance and security.
Collaborate with security/compliance stakeholders to meet federal requirements.
Apply scripting and automation to streamline administration, deployment, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot platform issues across app, integration, and infrastructure layers; perform root‑cause analysis.
Document solutions and procedures for knowledge transfer and audit readiness.
