Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ISM, engineering or similar.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (NOW Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects from design to deployment.
• Mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources.
• Engage with external clients and run workshops.
• Support pre‑sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
• Ensure quality, risk management, and governance.
