Job summary

Tecknomic LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage the DCPS instance in Washington, DC, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and ongoing maintenance. You will configure forms, lists, workflows, and reporting, and support multi-module enhancements across ITSM, HRSD, and S2P.

The role requires ownership of the instance, strong ITIL knowledge, and the ability to work fully onsite in DC with in-person interviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.
Five+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration with ownership of an instance.
Strong fundamentals: forms, lists, tables, dictionaries, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, roles and ACLs.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent ITSM knowledge; able to work 100% onsite in Washington, DC and interview in person.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary administrator for the DCPS ServiceNow instance, supporting day-to-day service operations and maintenance.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications: forms, lists, workflows/flows, notifications, and reporting.
Support development and enhancement across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and others).
Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer, approvals, task routing, and notifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into platform-aligned technical solutions.
Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices (configuration over customization) and maintain upgrade readiness.
