Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a Certified ServiceNow Administrator with extensive experience in policy and procedural tasking to support daily ServiceNow operations in our Raleigh, NC office. You will manage incident, problem, change, catalog, and asset processes, align configurations to standards, and provide support across end users and development teams.

SOX audits and monthly reviews are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight to twelve years of relevant experience.
• Certification in ServiceNow Administration preferred.
• Degree from an accredited college/university required; if the degree is not in the applicable field, four additional years of related experience.
• Ability to work independently on functional duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily ServiceNow administration, maintenance, and change control.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management.
• Manage Service Catalog, SLA, and asset data.
• Implement configurations based on functional specs and reviews.
• Ensure configurations meet USPS standards.
• Provide development requirements and document work to standards.
• Unit test systems and assist SIT/CAT plans.
• Serve as escalation point for ServiceNow support.
