Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Strong hands-on ITSM knowledge and CMDB expertise.
• Experience configuring and automating ServiceNow modules.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP integrations and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform and enterprise applications.
• Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB modules.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, workflows, and reports.
• Lead enhancements, upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other technologies.
• Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure security and governance standards.
