You will configure the ServiceNow platform, support workflows, perform testing, maintain documentation, and generate reports to improve IT service delivery.

The role also involves user support, troubleshooting, and collaboration to drive process improvements across IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMDB and data quality processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and change management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB records and ensure data accuracy and quality within ITSM.
• Support change management administration and documentation.
• Assist with ITSM processes and day-to-day platform operations.
• Support ServiceNow platform configuration and workflow updates.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot basic platform issues.
• Perform testing and document test results and system changes.
• Assist with workflow monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.
