Job summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to manage the ServiceNow platform and enterprise ITSM processes on campus in a full-time role.

Responsibilities include user access and role administration, CMDB upkeep, upgrades, reporting, and integrations with enterprise systems, collaborating with process owners, developers, and IT teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• This position may require maintaining security and integrity of UT San Antonio infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, groups, and permissions.
• Configure and maintain platform components such as forms, fields, workflows, notifications, business rules, and service catalog items.
• Create and improve workflows, forms, notifications, and business rules to streamline processes.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and migrations across environments.
• Maintain CMDB data quality and support discovery and asset/configuration management.
• Support integration with enterprise systems using MID servers and Integration Hub.
• Generate and maintain analytics, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and process owners to implement enhancements and continuous improvements.
