Job summary

Futureheads Recruitment | B Corp™ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a public sector transition project. This contract runs until 31 March 2027 with the option to extend, starting 18 November 2026, and is conducted remotely.

You will work with the NBSS Transition team, uncover undocumented processes, map dependencies and shape the future support model for Day 1 readiness, coordinating with the incumbent supplier and technical teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology or business-critical service environments.
• Proven experience supporting supplier transitions, service migrations or operational handovers.
• Strong track record leading discovery where documentation is incomplete and significant unknowns exist.
• Excellent process mapping, requirements gathering and dependency analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supplier discovery and knowledge transfer with incumbent supplier to understand operation and dependencies.
• Service and technical discovery of processes, systems, integrations and requirements.
• Migration and transition documentation to support migration into NBSS infrastructure and transition readiness.
• Operational service handover detailing incidents, changes, releases and day-to-day support.
• Stakeholder engagement, workshops and turning findings into practical documentation and actions.
