Job summary

]init[ - Services for the eSociety is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape the society of tomorrow. You will lead client work across project phases, define steps and deliverables, and take subject-matter ownership to keep project scope stable in complex digitalisation efforts for the public sector.

You will apply user-centred design, elicit requirements, and create concepts based on the target system. Experience with PO, workshops, and cross-team knowledge sharing is a plus.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Requirements Engineering (RE) and process modelling.
• Experience with agile methods and requirements elicitation.
• Experience in documentation and strategy for complex public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter consulting and leadership across project phases.
• Define work steps and deliverables for digitalisation in the public sector with clients.
• Take responsibility for steering the team and maintaining scope in complex projects.
• Elicit requirements and design concepts with user-centred methods; run workshops.
