Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Business Analyst to support the People Digital Systems team remotely, aligning with People Team and IT stakeholders. You will translate changes for Workday and UKG/Kronos, document impacts, and drive readiness across HR, payroll, and benefits processes.

The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth transitions and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years in business/HR/payroll systems analysis or similar roles.
• Experience with Workday environments and organizational transitions.
• Strong ability to document requirements and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Translate transition scope into clear business requirements for Workday and UKG/Kronos.
• Conduct transition impact analysis for organizational changes and data setups.
• Develop testing strategies (unit, integration, regression, UAT) for payroll systems.
• Coordinate with IT on configurations, integrations, and testing activities.
• Support readiness materials and training with Organizational Change Management.
