Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst based in the United States. This fully remote role leads business analysis for federal technology initiatives, translating mission needs into ServiceNow solutions.

You will mentor junior analysts, manage backlogs in Agile/Scrum, ensure U.S. government compliance including 508 and NIST, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide scalable, out-of-the-box implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience supporting federal government clients through contracting (DoD/DHS or civilian agencies).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least one of ITOM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM or custom apps.
• Hands-on backlog management with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in process mapping with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Active Interim Secret clearance minimum; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with clients to gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and Definition of Ready.
• Mentor junior analysts and developers on requirements and Federal environments.
• Create process maps and data models showing end-to-end service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508, FISMA/NIST security controls.
