Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks a Service Manager to oversee maintenance across one or more communities. You will lead routine and preventive work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems, ensuring safety and high presentation standards.

You will manage a team, coordinate with managers, and control expenses while delivering responsive service to residents. High school diploma plus HVAC certs and 5+ years of maintenance experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance technician work or related experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CAMT preferred.
• CPO preferred.
• Multifamily housing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety; prioritize repairs.
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies and spare parts.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Respond to resident requests with excellent service.
• Maintain records of maintenance, service requests and budgets.
• Oversee vendors and maintenance service providers.
• Collaborate with managers on hiring, training and supervision.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and safety meetings.
