Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks a Sr. Service Technician to maintain and repair facilities across an on-site community. You will oversee preventative maintenance, respond to requests, and ensure safety and quality in every task.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in maintenance, multi-family experience preferred, and strong English communication. Join a team focused on resident service, safety, and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Multi-family, single family rentals, and/or built to rent housing experience helpful.
• reads, writes, and speaks English fluently to receive instructions and communicate with residents, vendors, and associates.
• Able to take measurements and perform basic arithmetic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Respond to problems with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, emergency systems, and more.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with excellent customer service.
• Inspect vacated homes, document renovations, and re-inspect for quality and presentation.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify maintenance projects.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor inventory of tools and supplies.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws including Fair Housing.
• Address and complete all other duties as assigned.
