Job summary

Mill Creek Residential in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Service Technician to maintain and repair the community's buildings and systems. You will lead on-site maintenance, oversee tasks, respond to resident requests, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Multi-family housing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general duties, preventive maintenance, and repairs per safety standards.
• Respond to problems with repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, drywall, pools, spa and water features, and trash management systems.
• Respond to resident requests promptly while delivering excellent customer service.
• Inspect vacated homes, document renovations, and re-inspect completed homes for high quality and presentation.
• Routinely inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards and identify projects.
• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and monitor inventory of tools and supplies.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Address and complete other duties as assigned.
