Job summary

Smart Care is seeking a Master Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment across our client sites. You will work on ovens, fryers, walk-ins, dishwashers, and other systems, reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals as needed.

This hands-on role requires independent work, on-call availability (nights/weekends), and occasional overnight travel. You will mentor other technicians and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and inventory while delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, or commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other foodservice equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals to diagnose complex equipment failures.
• Manage service calls independently while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and assist other service technicians.
