Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Orlando is seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment. You will handle ovens, fryers, refrigeration, and warewashing, going beyond simple part swaps to identify root causes.

The role requires independent problem solving, strong reading of wiring diagrams, and the ability to communicate with restaurant managers and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, including nights/weekends.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Work on ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, dishwashers, ice machines, walk-in coolers, reach-ins, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration issues to identify root causes.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals to diagnose failures.
• Communicate with restaurant managers and clients to keep equipment running.
• Complete repairs accurately and maintain records and parts inventory.
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential issues.
• Share knowledge and mentor other technicians.
