Zusammenfassung

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Master Service Technician for commercial kitchen equipment. You’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ovens, fryers, steamers, dishwashers, walk-ins, and other systems, often working independently on complex calls.

You’ll read wiring diagrams and collaborate with restaurant managers and clients to keep equipment running, following safety procedures and documentation standards. Training and CFESA/EPA certs can be pursued.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical experience welcomed.
• 2+ years in refrigeration, appliance repair, or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls.
• Willingness for emergency on-call, nights, weekends and travel.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing equipment.
• Work on ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, dishwashers, ice machines, coolers, reach-ins.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration issues to identify root causes.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals for complex failures.
• Communicate with restaurant managers and clients to keep equipment operating.
• Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
