Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Master Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment across restaurants and facilities in Oregon. You will handle ovens, fryers, walk-ins, and related systems, working independently to identify root causes and perform skilled repairs.

You’ll join a team that values hands-on expertise, strong diagnostics, and proactive maintenance. The role includes on-call rotation and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other foodservice equipment.
• Work on ovens, fryers, steamers, griddles, dishwashers, ice machines, walk-in coolers, reach-ins, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, gas, and refrigeration issues to identify the real problem.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals to diagnose complex failures.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and clients to keep equipment operating.
• Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential issues before emergencies.
• Keep service records, work orders, and parts documentation.
