Nwestco, LLC is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to lead the Seattle branch. You will report to the Portland-based Service Manager and oversee scheduling, dispatch, and customer escalations on-site in Seattle.

The role focuses on improving margins, coordinating maintenance of work orders, and ensuring timely reporting and compliance across both Seattle and Portland branches. A strong customer focus and leadership mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work Orders: maintain and update service software for Portland and Seattle; process warranties.
• On-Site Leadership: lead Seattle branch daily operations, scheduling, dispatch, and coaching.
• Increase margin and efficiency across both branches with Service Manager.
• Weekly review of technician time entries for billing and payroll.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and past-due invoices with administrative staff.
