Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service to support renewal and conversion of service contracts within North America. You will drive revenue, manage a robust pipeline, and position service offerings to optimize uptime and total cost of ownership.

The role reports to the Director, Service Business Operations and partners with Field Service Engineers to ensure a superior customer experience. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills, including pricing and service scope discussions.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth by renewing, converting, and acquiring service contracts across the sales cycle.
• Maintain forecast using CRM and quoting tools to manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination for a seamless customer experience.
• Engage customers before warranty expiration to renew or convert accounts.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service solutions focusing on uptime and total cost of ownership.
