Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service to support renewal and growth targets across a North America territory. You will manage a pipeline and engage customers ahead of warranty expirations while translating needs into value-based service solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in sales or related field.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline toward revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills, including pricing and service scope discussions.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers ahead of warranty expiration.
• Translate customer needs into value-based solutions focusing on uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasting using CRM and quoting tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination for seamless customer experience.
