Siemens Laurel, MD is seeking a Service Sales Executive to support our Smart Buildings fire and life safety service team. The role focuses on new business and expanding service agreements for hospitals, universities, and large facilities in the greater DC area.

The position can be entry level or mid-level, with travel and customer-facing responsibilities. Excellent communication and a valid US driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account and business development in commercial building industries.
• 2+ years in commercial fire alarm/life safety sales or related roles.
• Verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve new orders and profit goals based on assigned quota.
• Maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and forecast results.
• Develop market understanding and grow in new markets.
• Collaborate to prepare cost estimates and bid packages.
• Travel ~10% for training and development.
