Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Service Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead Service Project Managers and oversee all aspects of projects. You will manage costs, field labor, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver safe, on-time, and budget-conscious results with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience, plus 10+ years of verifiable PM experience in commercial HVAC and Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Project Managers.
• Champion of project safety.
• Maintain a safe work environment through safety meetings and investigations.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closeout within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate planning and trades to meet code and project requirements within budget and on time.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain high business ethics.
• Ensure quality of work per corporate standards and project requirements.
• Lead project meetings and document outcomes.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontractor purchase orders; evaluate submittals.
• Perform job costing and cost tracking for labor, materials, and subcontracts.
• Submit costs for approval and report deviations from plan or schedule.
• Drive cash flow through front-loaded schedules, billing, and collections.
• Coordinate lien waivers, notices, and tax documentation as required.
• Coordinate and QA project drawings; ensure accuracy and delivery.
• Estimate change orders and seek approval prior to customer submission.
• Attend site meetings, schedule deliveries, document site progress, and manage requests for information.
• Maintain strong customer relations with contractors, vendors, and owners.
