Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Service Project Manager to oversee Service Project Managers and all project aspects, including costs, field labor, subcontractors, and delivering safe, on-time, high-quality results. You’ll lead planning, cost control, and execution while upholding ethical standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires directing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with codes, with travel 0-5% of the time to job sites and offices.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing.
• Minimum 10+ year's verifiable Project Management experience with a mechanical subcontractor in commercial HVAC and Plumbing.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance with applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Service Project Managers and project teams across the lifecycle.
• Champion job-site safety and enforce safety meetings and investigations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to reflect contract requirements.
• Prepare and monitor project cost reports, change orders, and invoicing.
• Drive cash flow and ensure timely payments and proper documentation.
• Develop field personnel and ensure quality of fabrication and installation.
