The role requires a 4-year degree in Construction Management (or related field) and 10+ years of PM experience in mechanical subcontracting, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• 10+ years of verifiable Project Management experience in mechanical subcontracting (HVAC & Plumbing).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (universities, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage fast-paced, multi-project environments.
• Industry awareness and knowledge of competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties beyond scope when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Project Managers and project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Champion safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure projects meet code and client requirements, on time, under budget.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor POing; manage cost codes.
• Prepare monthly cost reviews and status reports.
• Drive cash flow and manage lien waivers and insurance.
• Build strong customer relations and ensure satisfaction.
• Finalize O&M manuals and coordinate start-up.

Education

4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing
