Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Service Project Manager to oversee Service Project Managers and manage costs, field labor, and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and under budget.

You will drive project planning, risk management, and client communications while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate ethics across multiple concurrent projects in the healthcare/industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or equivalent fieldwork experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of verifiable Project Management experience in mechanical HVAC/Plumbing.
• Experience handling multiple projects (e.g., university buildings) simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage fast-paced workloads.
• Knowledge of industry competitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Project Managers and oversee all project life cycle activities.
• Champion project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure on-time, under-budget project delivery with high quality.
• Coordinate with trades, vendors, and subcontractors to reflect drawings and specs.
• Lead project meetings, cost control, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements and corporate ethics.
