Job summary

ENFRA seeks a Senior Service Project Manager to oversee Service Project Managers and manage all aspects of project cost, field labor, subcontractors, and safety. The role drives on-time, on-budget delivery with strict adherence to codes and quality standards.

You will coordinate planning, procurement, and field execution across multiple projects, ensuring excellent customer relations and compliant project documentation. A strong leader with HVAC/Plumbing PM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing.
• Minimum 10+ year's verifiable Project Management experience with a mechanical subcontractor in commercial HVAC and Plumbing.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., University buildings).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry competitors and market landscape.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties beyond standard scope when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Project Managers.
• Champion of project safety.
• Total responsibility of executing a project through the project life cycle.
• Planning and coordinating trades to meet code and project requirements, on time and under budget.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and evaluate submittals.
• Submit project costs and maintain cost codes; monitor schedule and budget.
• Conduct monthly cost reviews and risk management updates.
• Build strong customer relations with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and owners.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning; finalize O&M manuals.
• Prepare and send Customer Warranty Letter; conduct Owner Orientation as required.
• Collect payments and retainage; close project financials and file documentation.
