Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Service Project Manager to lead Service Project Managers and drive project success. The role encompasses managing project costs, field labor, subcontractors, and delivering safe, high-quality installations on schedule and under budget.

You will own the project lifecycle, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with regulations, and uphold ethical standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing.
• 10+ years verifiable Project Management experience with a mechanical subcontractor in HVAC/Plumbing.
• Experience handling multiple projects concurrently (e.g., university projects).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Project Managers.
• Champion of project safety.
• Maintain a safe work environment through safety meetings and investigations.
• Oversee project life cycle from start to finish and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate planning with trades to meet code and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethics in project office operations.
• Maintain quality per corporate standards and project specs.
• Conduct and document project meetings and manage submittals and change orders.
• Monitor cost, labor, and procurement to optimize cash flow and profitability.
• Develop field personnel and ensure timely project closeout with As-Built drawings.
