Job summary

ENFRA, a legacy leader in energy infrastructure, seeks a Senior Service Project Manager to oversee Service Project Managers and all project phases. You will manage project costs, field labor, and subcontractors while delivering safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing.
• Minimum 10+ year's verifiable Project Management experience with a mechanical subcontractor in HVAC/Plumbing.
• Experience handling multiple projects concurrently (e.g., University buildings).
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Project Managers and oversee all project aspects.
• Champion project safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure on-time, under-budget delivery while meeting code and project requirements.
• Lead planning and coordination across trades, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and high business ethics.
• Oversee project setup, cost codes, and billings; prepare monthly cost reviews.
• Maintain customer relations and ensure satisfaction with a can-do attitude.
• Coordinate start-up, commissioning, and final inspections; produce As-Builts.
• Collect payments, handle retainage, and close project financials.
