Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead the service division, supervise a diverse team of technicians and coordinators, and drive revenue and margin targets.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in service management within fire/security industries, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of NFPA codes, OSHA standards, and Microsoft Office. This role is based in Houston with a focus on growth and safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a service manager role within fire detection, protection, or security.
• NICET Level III is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and standards and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department of the assigned Division.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch staff including technicians, coordinators, dispatchers, and billing personnel.
• Oversee scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop and manage the departmental budget and meet revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet goals and maximize market potential.
• Perform monthly financial performance analysis and report findings to management.
