Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a District Management role within fire and security industry.
• Proven track record of growing a business as a District Manager.
• Ability to communicate to a diverse group including leadership, employees, regional staff, customers, and vendors.
• Strong team-building and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple divisions/locations.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth strategy in line with objectives.
• Manage budgets, revenue, profitability targets, and cashflow.
• Oversee P&L statements for each division.
• Ensure safety initiatives and OSHA standards are followed.
• Build a high-performance culture with annual reviews and development plans.
• Oversee asset management, inventory, and company vehicles.
• Plan staffing and manpower allocation across divisions.
• Maintain high employee and customer satisfaction targets.
• Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and partners to meet annual targets.
