Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Division Manager to lead the fire alarm and security division and guide a back-office team through a period of exciting growth.

You will own strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities, while driving customer satisfaction and a high-performance culture. Expect collaboration with leadership, staff, vendors, and clients to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a Division Management role in fire/security.
• Proven track record of growing a division.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Team-building and leadership demonstrated.
• Knowledge of fire alarm and security systems.
• Proficient with NFPA codes and standards.
• Strong P&L and financial driver knowledge.
• Ability to recruit and retain a team.
• Business/engineering degree or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fire alarm and security division.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan.
• Develop annual budgets; hit revenue and profit targets.
• Manage the division's P&L and cash flow targets.
• Oversee operations performance and metrics.
• Build a high-performance culture; conduct reviews.
• Oversee asset management including inventory and vehicles.
• Plan staffing and allocate resources effectively.
• Meet employee and customer satisfaction targets.
• Communicate with customers, staff, vendors and partners.
