Job summary

AMA Consulting Group seeks a Service Line Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for affordable housing programs, including HCV, LIHTC, PIH, SEMAP, HQS, and NSPIRE. You will lead Project Managers, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with Finance on reporting and forecasting.

You will drive process improvements, strengthen client trust, and represent the firm in high-visibility environments while maintaining strong data-driven communications and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in affordable housing administration (HUD: HCV, PBV, Public Housing, LIHTC, PIH, PBRA, SEMAP).
• 5+ years supervising teams or Project Managers.
• Experience managing multi-site or moderately complex portfolios.
• Familiarity with budgets, financial reporting, and operational metrics.
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to client leaders or public-sector stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance of assigned affordable housing programs.
• Lead Project Managers to meet timelines, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain compliance with HUD and affordable housing regulations.
• Strengthen client relationships and coordinate solutions for service concerns.
• Coach and develop Project Managers; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain documentation, budgets, invoicing support, and data accuracy.
