Job summary

The role requires experience in LIHTC/Section 8 processes, strong budgeting skills, and a track record of coaching and developing onsite teams to meet performance standards

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC and/or Section 8 policies and procedures.
• Experience managing affordable housing operations.
• Understanding of Equal Housing Opportunity laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity/Fair Housing laws.
• Monitor LIHTC applications and annual recertification.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, contracts, and reporting.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure training and performance management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
