Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Dedicated Affordable Assurance Manager to oversee compliance across LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Bond, and other affordable housing programs. You will act as the primary compliance contact for portfolios, monitor performance, and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of affordable housing compliance experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Bond, HCV/PBRA and Rural Development.
• Ability to travel up to 50% if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compliance liaison for client portfolios and leadership.
• Monitor portfolio compliance across affordable housing programs.
• Identify regulatory risks and operational gaps.
• Coordinate internal resources for audit readiness and corrective action.
• Provide regulatory guidance to operations and client stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate compliance status.
