Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the operations of a housing community portfolio. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

LIHTC and fair housing expertise, plus CAM/ARM credentials, are preferred. Travel approximately 25-50% to sites, audits, and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC
• Prior Regional Manager experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
• Ability to use on-site software functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and fair housing laws
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk
• Lead staff development and performance through training and coaching
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance
• Travel 25-50% for property visits and meetings
