You will lead a team of Service Managers and Technicians, develop strategic growth plans, oversee proposals, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while expanding service offerings and strengthening customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities for the assigned service unit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, regional, and plant-level customers to improve account penetration.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical service growth plans, including revenue goals and margins.
• Perform customer site walkdowns to assess equipment and identify service opportunities.
• Provide supervision of assigned Service Managers and Technicians.
• Manage multiple service projects and contracts simultaneously.
• Ensure safety standards are met and manage compliance requirements.
• Track KPIs for service growth, quotes, backlog, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects per customer requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures for the service team.
• Manage P&L within the assigned area with accountability for revenue growth and cost control.
• Prepare training materials and deliver formal instruction to customers and employees.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities for new service offerings and recurring revenue.
