• Lead business development activities for the assigned service unit.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers at corporate, regional and plant levels.
• Develop and execute strategic service growth plans including revenue goals and margins.
• Conduct site walkdowns to identify service opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Supervise Service Managers and Technicians; manage multiple projects and contracts.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Track KPIs and use CRM and service reporting tools for documentation.
• Coordinate resources to deliver complete customer projects per requirements.
• Develop policies and procedures for the service team.
• Manage P&L within the assigned area and forecast accurately.
• Prepare training materials and deliver instruction to customers and employees.
• Identify opportunities for new services and offerings; present to management.
• Identify new technologies to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with customers and Sentry employees to resolve field challenges.
• Prepare and follow up on project proposals with clear value, scope, pricing, and terms.
