Sentry Equipment Corp. in the Great Lakes/Upper Midwest region seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive technical sales growth and strengthen channel partnerships with manufacturer’s representatives and direct customers.

You will develop territory strategies, train and coach channel partners, and collaborate with Engineering, Proposal Management, Inside Sales, and Support teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and enable profitable growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience with direct sales and channel-based sales.
• Familiarity with water chemistry, analytical instrumentation, heat transfer, or processing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
• Ability to train and motivate channel partners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
