Job summary

Sentry Equipment Corp. is seeking an experienced Service Account Owner II to maintain and grow customer relationships in a territory. You will perform installation, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for online sampling systems and related equipment across industrial markets.

The role emphasizes managing a portfolio of accounts, renewals, and growth opportunities, with service performed primarily at customer sites and substantial travel required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of field experience with sampling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on sampling equipment.
• Manage customer accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance‑agreement renewals and quotes.
• Identify opportunities to add maintenance contracts and expand service offerings.
• Provide field and technical training to customers and staff.
• Support the internal sales team with service data and quotes.
• Travel up to four nights and five days per week.
• Assist teammates and provide high‑level field support as needed.
