Job summary

Visionaire Partners, LLC. is seeking a Staff/Principal Service Designer to shape experiences across multi-channel ecosystems. Lead end-to-end service design, map journeys, and craft artifacts that unify organizations around customer needs.

The role emphasizes research synthesis, executive-level storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will operate in a hybrid environment, three days a week in the Smyrna/Vinings area, and you should be ready

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mix of experience with Service Design and an Enterprise or Consulting background.
• Strong proficiency in Miro for developing service blueprints, journey maps, and collaborative ideation.
• Strong track record of translating complex qualitative insights, quantitative behavioral metrics, and enterprise business requirements into actionable experience frameworks.
• Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills to create and deliver compelling executive-level strategy decks.
• Strong proficiency in Jira for managing tasks and collaborating within agile workflows.
• Foundational knowledge or working experience with Figma.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated capability to bring structure, focus, and actionable roadmaps to ambiguous, large-scale customer and operational challenges
• Advanced stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with demonstrated success aligning cross-disciplinary teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Must be able to share portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service design and user experience initiatives across complex digital platforms and dedicated service channels.
• Architect and evolve foundational service design artifacts—including end-to-end customer journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem models to establish shared organizational clarity.
• Synthesize qualitative customer research, behavioral data, and business inputs to identify critical friction points and opportunities for interconnected experiences.
• Facilitate cross-functional discovery sessions, alignment workshops, and strategic co-design sprints with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and business operations.
• Map and clarify complex operational dependencies between frontstage customer interactions and backstage fulfillment/store systems.
• Partner with enterprise leadership to advocate for and influence customer experience roadmaps, strategy, and investment priorities without direct authority.
