Qualifications

• 15+ years of UX, Product Design, or HCI experience at principal/senior/principal distinguished level.
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, craft mastery, and enterprise-scale problem solving.
• Ability to build consensus among C-suite leaders and translate design thinking into business value.
• Strong point of view with openness to refine based on data and user feedback.
• Expert synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data into design directives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching UX vision across complex product ecosystems.
• Architect scalable design systems and interaction paradigms for future needs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, journey maps, and architectural frameworks to demonstrate vision.
• Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven design decisions.
• Mentor Lead and Senior designers to elevate strategic thinking and craft.
