The role will oversee 140+ technical resources and provide management and technical direction across 20+ data center stacks in a hybrid work setting with periodic on-site meetings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of related experience)
• 10+ years of related experience
• 8+ years ITSM experience with cloud-based leveraged services
• PMP and ITIL v4/v5 Foundation required
• Flexibility to support after-hours, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide input to Product Owner on product strategy and backlog prioritization
• Offer advisory support to teams on technical difficulties
• Identify issues related to scalability, performance, or security
• Mentor team members and provide career development guidance
• Lead recruitment and hiring efforts for new team members
• Direct all phases of programs from inception to completion
• Own cost, schedule and technical performance of programs
• Participate in contract negotiations and proposals
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities
• Establish design concepts and engineering efforts for product research and development
