Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Service Delivery Manager for a federal Infrastructure Services Contract. This hybrid role blends remote work with periodic on-site customer meetings while overseeing 140+ resources across data center stacks.

You will lead program management, ensure cost and schedule adherence, and mentor a diverse team. The position requires ITIL-certified leadership with FedRAMP/FISMA familiarity and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 8+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• ITIL 4 Certification (CDS/DSV/HVIT/DPI or Strategist/MP/SL) required by customer.
• Ability to support after-hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience managing two complex data center locations and multiple stacks.
• Experience with mainframe and distributed environments (Windows, VMware, UNIX).
• FedRAMP and/or FISMA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key business customers and deliver software solutions.
• Provide input to Product Owner on strategy and backlog prioritization.
• Mentor teams and provide career development guidance.
• Lead recruitment and hiring efforts for new team members.
• Direct all phases of programs from inception to completion.
• Oversee cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
