Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Herndon, VA, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead the Infrastructure team responsible for operating and maintaining production and non-production environments for IDENT, HART, and OBIM cloud systems. You will manage a mix of on-premises, Equinix data centers, and multiple cloud environments, including AWS GovCloud and OCI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering/operations in large-scale environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing hybrid/on-prem/cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the infrastructure team supporting 24x7 operations.
• Oversee O&M for on-prem and cloud infrastructure across multiple data centers.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance with DHS/OBIM requirements.
• Plan modernization and cloud adoption roadmaps with stakeholders.
