Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience overseeing all aspects of service delivery for major accounts, including full P&L and budget responsibility.
• PM skills to define scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track performance metrics.
• Experience with Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail customers.
• Practical experience with ITIL and service management frameworks; able to engage with technical teams on infra & architecture.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams delivering Cisco and third-party technology transformations.
• Experience in positioning services and scoping/estimating level of effort for proposals/SOW.
• Proven track record of driving efficiency, removing bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of consulting engineers, architects, project managers, and partners to deliver end-to-end service engagements.
• Align with customer strategic goals and translate requirements to internal teams; manage risks to service continuity.
