Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise IT services for global clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes across cloud, security, data, and application modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise IT services experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud, data security or application modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT services teams to deliver against objectives and SLAs.
• Manage complex programs and multi-project portfolios from initiation to closure.
• Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for leadership.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships and align priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks with dashboards and response plans.
• Mentor team leaders and engineers; develop succession plans.
• Drive ITIL-aligned improvements across incident/change/problem management.
• Drive vendor/contract management and escalations.
• Ensure security, privacy, regulatory compliance across IT services.
